It is as easy as it sounds. Go on the section book an appointment and choose an available date and time that suit your schedule. Then fill up the information form; email, name and phone number, as well as any extra notes you would like to add. Once your request submitted, we will send you an email within the next hours to confirm you the place and the date of the appointment.
This is the part where you get to collaborate with us to create the suit you imagine. First, you will be presented a large range of 600 suit materials to choose from. If you have any picture or idea in mind, do not hesitate to share it with our staff who will try to find a material that best resemble what you are looking for. The second step is to choose the customization of your suit if you would like to add some (Extra charge) as well as the style of cut of your suit for example number of pocket, number of button, type of lapels, etc. Finally, our staff will take precisely your measure. Once the three steps are done, we will collect half of the payment in advance (You pay the rest on pick-up day) and send you an invoice directly on your email. The whole process should take 15 to 30 minutes.
As soon as your order is made, it is sent to our manufacturing company who will then analyse your demand and start working on it. The production of your suit will take about 10 to 15 days, from the fabric cut to the final hand sewing details, this process is done with great passion and craftmanship from tailor with an average of 15-20 years’ experience. The shipping of your suit will then take another 10 to 15 days to arrive back to our office in Lausanne where we would then call you or send you an email to let you know it is time for pick-up.
Finally, the moment you have been waiting for. The pick-up time is by far the preferred moment for our client as you get to appreciate and try-out the product you designed. Our staff will then collect your last payment and send you an invoice to confirm it. You now have the suit you dreamed about and that perfectly fit you but one more thing before leaving! Make sure you do not skip the traditional “animal photo”! (Surprise)
